Community Meal

The Community Meal, once known as the Soup Kitchen, was the first ministry of Lubbock Impact. Opening in October 2007, the Soup Kitchen served a crowd of approximately 50; now, the Community Meal serves an average of 175-200 people each week.

Every Wednesday at 5:30 pm, all are welcome to eat a nourishing meal at Lubbock Impact. Participants are provided delicious meals and desserts in a family-style atmosphere.

The success of the Community Meal is a testament to the generous support and dedication of the community. Table hosts, servers, kitchen crew, and cleanup crew who make this happen are made up of local organizations, churches, businesses, athletic teams, individuals, and families.
