Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic
Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic started in 2025 in an effort expand the opportunity for medically uninsured patients, ages 19-64, to receive high-quality medical care. Run by volunteer medical professionals, the Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic sees patients by appointment only.
How to be Seen
The Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic provides no-cost medical care for adults ages 19–64 that do not have any form of insurance (no Medicare, Medicaid, blue card, etc).
Patients are seen by appointment only and must call 806-799-4329 and select the option for the Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic. When leaving a message, please provide your name, date of birth, and a good call-back number. A staff member will return your call within 2–3 business days to schedule your visit.
Appointments are currently available most Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please note that the Foundations of Healing pharmacy serves only clinic patients, cannot fill outside prescriptions, and does not provide narcotics.
Patients will enter for their appointment through the Clinic door.
Services Offered
The Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic is committed to meeting the healthcare needs of uninsured adults in our community. Our volunteer medical team offers comprehensive services at no cost, addressing both immediate concerns and ongoing care.
Beyond regular medical examinations, Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic has a fully equipped laboratory, an on-site pharmacy, social workers, pastoral care, chronic care management and education and direct connections to Lubbock Impact’s free Dental and Eye Clinic. Offered completely free for the medically uninsured between the ages of 19 and 64, Lubbock Impact’s Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic seeks to offer the highest quality care to those who often have nowhere else to turn.

Patient Education & Enrichment
The Foundations of Healing Clinic is here for the times that you may need medical care, but we’re also here to partner with you along a journey to a healthy lifestyle. We will be offering classes with a variety of topics that will include healthy eating, managing stress, finding the healthy activities that fit your lifestyle and the importance of community in your life. Watch for our monthly calendars and commit to becoming a ‘regular’ at our classes.

The clinic is entirely run by volunteer medical professionals. By giving just a few hours each month, you can help provide life-saving care to uninsured adults in our community.
Application Process
- Complete the FOH Volunteer Application
- Email your certifications or licenses to diane@lubbockimpact.com (Lubbock Impact’s Clinic Director)
- Allow 4–5 business days for review
- Complete a background check sent from becky@lubbockimpact.com (Lubbock Impact’s Executive Director)
- Receive an email from raelynn@lubbockimpact.com (Lubbock Impact’s Communications and Volunteer Manager) to coordinate your next available serve date.
