Fall is here and at Lubbock Impact our ministries are back in full swing!
It’s our desire that we would stay true to our mission of providing food, clothing, healthcare, and spiritual enrichment to the working poor of our community, and as the Board of Directors, we want to be transparent about how your financial gifts are being utilized to serve families and individuals.
The Lord has given us vision on some ways to expand and go deeper into what Lubbock Impact has come to be known for over the last 14 years – a place of refuge and relationship with one another and Jesus Christ.
Since Becky Robertson has joined our Lubbock Impact family as Executive Director, we have taken time to reevaluate our programs and policies. She has asked us to look at each program to make sure we are functioning with the highest integrity and quality service. This has helped us develop a standard that will guide us moving forward as we provide our current programs and look to add more.
As you can see in the impact numbers above, the staff and volunteers have been hard at work making sure people in our community have the resources they need. As we look to finish 2021, would you consider helping us meet those needs as we finish this year?
Going into the fourth quarter, we need your support to help us meet the needs of the patients in the clinics, provide materials for Wednesday night services, and – to be quite honest – pay our utilities.
This year we have set a goal to raise $25,000 during the #GivingTuesday campaign. #GivingTuesday will then give extra funds based on how much we raise on and before November 30th.
