Volunteers have begun a six-week class to facilitate a Work Life program at Lubbock Impact. This will be an opportunity for participants to discover their God-given purpose in their work life. Each participant will have a mentor who will help them think through past work struggles and see their potential. Then, they will be assisted as they find employment that brings them joy in the workspace they want to thrive in.
