Enrichment Programs
Faith & Finance
Faith & Finance is a class open to all people to learn about finances. This 12-week class is structured to give individuals the right tools to escape the cycle of poverty. By teaching participants how to steward their money well, we are equipping them with what they need to be successful.

Work-Life
WorkLife is another class offered to participants. During this 8-week class, participants are empowered with the skills and resources to find work and thrive in their workplace. Individuals discuss their God-given talents and learn that no matter what job you have, you can do it joyfully and understand God has a purpose for your life.

GriefShare
GriefShare is a new enrichment class offered to participants as an extended ministry of Bacon Heights Baptist Church. During this 13-week “come and go” style class, participants have the opportunity to experience healing from grief in a safe space. They will learn what is “normal” and gain helpful tools and support for coping with grief.

Resource Hub
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning between 9:30 am and 11:30 am, Lubbock Impact’s Coffee Hall transforms into a hub of resources. Local agencies offer a range of support, such as discussing SNAP/Medicaid/TANF, free blood pressure and sugar checks, legal help, family services, and much more.
We are always looking to equip participants with the tools to succeed.
